With
projects large and small, Michael Lake & Associates has
spent the last fifteen years applying modern efficiency to
its eclectic architectural vision. The result, a firm that
simultaneously transcends design/build solutions for client
satisfaction.
While the firm was established in 1991, its principal, Michael
Lake, had set the foundation of his career during the previous
eight years working on a number of commercial landmark projects
such as the Pavilion and First Caribbean International Bank's
head office in New Kingston.
In the decade that followed, the newly formed Michael Lake
& Associates would extend its services to include all
architectural requests, responding equally to projects in
the corporate, retail and residential fields, while completing
a fair medley of resort, industrial and interior projects.
Backed by a team of qualified architects, sophisticated technology
and a myriad of architectural sub-services, the firm has quietly
built its reputation for extreme efficiency, consistently
producing competent and comprehensive construction documentation
for each project undertaken.
This trademark approach has drawn respect from both contractors
and clients alike over the years. In the end, the firm’s
attention to detail has repeatedly translated into timely
completion of their projects.
Proud of its unwavering performance and long standing track
record of first-draft approvals, Michael Lake & Associates
is, today, poised to expand its scope of design work to include
more commercial and multi-family housing projects.
In its resolve to represent its profession with steadfast
integrity, the firm continues to seek the committed client
who understands the architect’s role in the building
industry as one of conceptualizer and facilitator. |
