19 Templemeade, Jacks Hill, Jamaica
A renovation of a four-bedroom house whose owner was unhappy
with the original room sizes and the image of the building
in general. We addressed these concerns by removing unnecessary
wallsand introducing new construction for the garage, master
bedroom, veranda, pool bar and deck.
The existing brick veneer feature was used throughout the
new construction in an effort to consolidate the image.
The transformation was made complete with the new roof, new
flooring, windows and doors throughout the house, as well
as cabinetry and plumbing fixtures.
As security was a concern for the client, the grille work
became an integral design feature. The resulting security
envelopes enabled the client to freely open windows and doors
into these zones such as the planter boxes and veranda.
